Interactive Baloons tell stories once touched. The closer proximity the fuller the sound. While the visitor is confronted with his own reflection, he is listening to a voice telling a story of moving. Its the listeners choice to perceive the storyteller as eithermigrant, refugee, immigrant. Once letting go, the balloon will stop talking. Based on conductive touch the impuls is set.
This work aims to reflect upon the stong mixup of terminologies in the media. Misusing those terms can harm people and as well as supporting categorisation. I want the visitor to challenge their own perception and judgement with this installation
